Fall has finally arrived! This is just a reminder that for some individuals this is a difficult season. Please remember that also during this time 5% of the adult US population is affected by SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)? According to NIMH, millions of Americans are affected and not even know it. In addition, thousands of people have been affected by layoffs and the government shut down causing many to be in despair. Please check in on your friends and neighbors to ensure they are doing well.
