Putting up the ThermaWrap which helps control the moisture. Tyvek® ThermaWrap™ LE is a vapor permeable air and water barrier that also acts as a radiant barrier.
We tacked it up with a pneumatic stapler and then followed behind with plastic cap nails (also used in roofing), which keeps the fabric from tearing in the wind.

These are the holes we drilled in the corner trusses and roof joists for cabling to be run up, over and down, and then attached to the piers. This helps prevent the tipping of the house due to high winds.
Created a jig on the drill press to hold the corner braces at a 45° while drilling the holes.
Using a snap line helped create a straight line for drilling the roof joists.

Haven't posted in a while. Been having more Woofers come stay and help along the way. Here we are getting the exterior siding materials prepped. Metal for the skirting and 1x12s for the board and batten.
