Wow! We're thrilled by the incredible response to our Legal Document Clinic -- we're almost at capacity!

Because of the strong interest, we're working on adding an additional half-day clinic, so stay tuned for more details. In the meantime, please continue calling Gretchen and Sebastian at the numbers listed on the flyer so we can show the need for expanding this opportunity.

Good Morning, Roundup!!
We have been seeing a lot of comments about the number of volunteers needed for the New Musselshell County Senior Services.
This is actually the same amount of volunteers we have always used.
1 Cashier
3 Volunteers to assist in the dining room/ kitchen.
We did list the duties, as this is the first question that new volunteers ask us.

Musselshell County Senior Services and RSVP are seeking
volunteers to assist with Senior Kitchen Lunches on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
We have many different volunteer opportunities available.
Food Prep & TO-GO Assistant. 9AM--NOON
Assist Head Cook & assemble the "To-Go" orders for the day.
Front Service Area/Busser. 10:30AM-1PM
Assist in preparing dining room for lunch
Help clear tables when guests are done eating
Assist with clean-up of dining room at end of meal
Cashier. 11AM-12:30PM
Collect money as per guidelines, sign in guests & reconcile cash
Dish Washer/Server 11AM-1:30PM
Wash dishes using the dishwasher & wash by hand if necessary.
Put all dishes away correctly
Assist with Serving the meal
Assist with clean up at end of meal at end of meal

MCSS provides one meal per volunteer per shift.

South Central MT RSVP & Roundup Community Dinner Theater are ready to serve up a night of laughs, dinner, and ancient mischief.

Dinner Theater Nights — June 5 & 6 $25 per plate • Dinner at 6 PM • Show at 7 PM

Sunday Matinee — June 7 Admission is $5 per person or $15 for a family of four with a donation of a non perishable food item for our Tomb of Good Deeds Food Drive, supporting the Musselshell County Food Bank.

As always, our Roundup Community Players, are presenting a very funny and entertaining evening with a delicious dinner.

The Kelly Moorse Memorial Legal Document Clinic will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM at the Roundup Schools Event Center (700 3rd St W).

The Montana Aging Services Bureau offers FREE assistance from legal volunteers to help eligible individuals complete important estate planning documents, including:
✔️ Simple Will
✔️ Health Care Power of Attorney
✔️ Financial Power of Attorney
✔️ Living Will
✔️ Transfer on Death Deed
✔️ Declaration of Homestead

👥 Who can attend?

Adults age 60+
Adults with disabilities

⚠️ Please note: This clinic is designed for simple estate planning needs and does not handle complex estates or any trusts.
