Olfen ISD FREE COLLEGE TUITION FOR 9-12TH! Olfen ISD was the 1st district in TX to approve a 4-Day school week. Tuition will be funded by the district on approved courses.

In the 2017-18 school year Olfen ISD will add grades 9-12 in a Dual Credit Academy model. In 2016, Olfen ISD became the first public school in Texas to approve and implement a 4-Day school week. The 5th day is optional for most students. Tutoring and enrichment activities such as games and field trips are scheduled on these optional days. Olfen ISD has led the way via innovation and is now on the

verge of adding grades 9-12 in a "Dual Credit Academy" format where students may earn an Associate Degree paid for by the district. Olfen ISD was established in the year 1900 and is known as the "Small School with a Big Heart".
