Welcome Spring!!!
Lots of new exciting things happening around the farm today

We are reaching out to you and to any garden loving, friend or family member, that may be interested in one of our job opportunities working here at Pettengill Farm.

We are looking for BOTH full and/or part-time employees for both our garden maintenance division, PetalPushers— as well as our farm nursery team.

For our Petal Pushers division, applicants must be strong, energetic, self motivated and willing to work passionately with our staff— installing and maintaining our clients’ properties— including perennial beds and small shrub care from April through November. Gardening experience preferred. Compensation varies based on experience.

Our farm nursery team is responsible for the growing and selling of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees. Applicants will need the physical ability to move and lift product, work in a team setting and have knowledge and a passion for horticulture.

Take a walk with us, a Discovery Walk.
Fairy Gnome Discovery Walk & Art Stroll boasts hundreds of Fairy & Gnome homes peppered on a one mile walk that takes you through the woods, to the marsh, and back to the farm. There, you will be greeted by dozens of artists vending their work, a revolving stage of musicians, yummy food trucks, and activities.
Grounds to the farm are always free. Tickets to the Discovery Stroll can be purchased ahead of time. *Enter a Gnome or Fairy Home and entry is FREE!

Saturday, 5/11/24, is the next Scout Paper Drive from 9-12 behind the Congregational Church.

All paper-based products are accepted for recycling - newspaper, magazine, copy paper, cardboard (please break boxes down flat!), waxboard, books, etc.

The Boy Scouts will also take donations of redeemable bottles and cans (the ones that say MA 5c on them).

Please enter from the Main Street side of the church and proceed around to the back. Exit is on the Hammond Street side. Please drive slowly and be careful of the Scouts! Thank you!

Rowley Grange is having a Ham and Firemen's recipe bean supper on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Seatings are at 5 PM and 6 PM. with continuous serving till 7 PM
Baked ham, baked beans, cornbread, biscuits, coleslaw, potato salad, homemade dessert and beverage.
Cooks for the evening are Sharon Emery and Ann Prest
Reserved tickets are $12 and non-reserved tickets are $14.
To reserved tickets call 978-948-7288, leave your name, the number in your party and the time of the seating you want or if you want a to-go dinners.
