New Beginnings Outreach Community Development New Beginnings Outreach CDC is about uplifting the community. We work diligently to bring people together and to push them to a better tomorrow.

New Beginnings Outreach was established to be a “Bridge of Hope” to empower and strengthen low-to-mid income families by offering education and training in entrepreneurship, vision and goal planning, life skills, discipleship, and construction/trade skills. We strive to empower the community, build up leaders and entrepreneurs and assist individuals in realizing their dreams through a practical display of God's love.
