It's that time of year again! We are doing our annual basket raffle during our Fall Day November 14th!

Tickets are $1 each or $5 for 6.

Sign Ups End FRIDAY!!
Register today for your child to get a free succulent plant at home this fall in time for Thanksgiving. A succulent is a plant with thick fleshy tissues adapted to water storage. These plants can bring more than visual appeal to your home. They are known for improving air quality, their medicinal properties and mental wellness. Planting and tending to the care of succulents lowers stress, lowers blood pressure, improves mood and gives a sense of accomplishment. Pickup will be at the Person County Office Building during mid-November. Sign up at go.ncsu.edu/plantsgiving by October 23.

Don't forget!!! Kids Voting NC will be partnering with the Board of elections to allow your kids to vote in Person County!! Kids Ballot is shown below!! Start talking with your kids about what's important for them to see in their communities!

During Early voting we have 2 dates that kids (5-17) can vote.
October 26th & October 31st from 10 am - 2pm
