Hi! We’re the Eanes Family (MJ, Lydia, Reagan & Sawyer), and we own and operate ECCO Propane. Our company was started by Mj’s grandfather in the 1940s when he started selling oil from the back of his pickup truck. Slowly, over the next several decades, our family grew the business. Mj’s father, Willis, took over the family business in the 1970’s. Willis really expanded the company and started selling gasoline and diesel to many of the mom and pop gas stations in person county as well as oil. In 1993 when Mj returned home from his 13 years in the military he began to make his mark on the company. He started the propane side of things in 1996 and we’ve never looked back. Now we only sell propane and we are excited to continue to grow and expand our business. It is important to us that we run this company with integrity and decency. We strive to treat our customers like family and we make every effort to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. That is why ECCO propane will never charge you the ridiculous fees that so many of the big guys charge. We don’t believe in tank rent, you use our product, we’re going to let you use the tank for free so that you can continue to use our product. There is no “sniffing fee”, hazardous material fee, fuel surcharge fee, run out fee, no swap out fees. We even reward our customers with a special 5% discount for paying your bill in full within 10 days of delivery. We also have a brand new offer of a .10 cent per gallon discount to all active duty, retired, and veterans of our armed forces. We will only charge you for 4 things. 1. The propane you use. 2. If we have to make a special delivery for our will call customers there is a $40 fee for that (completely avoidable, since we call our will call customers once a month while we are on their route) 3. If you are in need of a new installation (not just a swap out) we will charge you for the parts and labor for that installation 4. If you ever decide you don’t need your tank anymore or decide to switch companies there is a charge to pick up the tank.
