🌟 Royal Middle School Noble Knight Recognition 🌟

Congratulations to Citlaly Gonzales, our newest Noble Knight nominee!

Citlaly was nominated by Mrs. Calderon for the incredible growth she has demonstrated throughout this school year. Her hard work, perseverance, and commitment to improving herself each day have not gone unnoticed. Citlaly has embraced challenges, continued to push herself forward, and serves as a great example of what it means to be a Royal Knight.

The robots have entered the arena!

Students in our CTE/Project Lead The Way class recently put their engineering skills to the test by designing, building, and programming robots before facing off in an exciting robot battle challenge. The goal? Push your opponent’s robot out of the square and be the last robot standing!

From the Flaming Unicorns and Sir Bots a Lot to HammerHead, Slingshot, and The Dinklebergs, students showcased creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and perseverance throughout the design process.

These hands-on experiences are what Project Lead The Way is all about—giving students opportunities to apply classroom learning to real-world challenges while building skills in engineering, technology, and innovation.

Great work by all of our future engineers and innovators!

The countdown to one of our favorite Royal Middle School traditions is on!

Our 8th grade scientists have been hard at work in Mr. Miller’s class designing and building rockets in preparation for our annual 8th Grade Rocket Day on June 3rd. Through hands-on learning, students are applying science, engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork skills as they prepare to see their creations take flight.

We can’t wait to watch months of learning launch into the sky next week!

🎥 Future Knights, this one’s for you! 🖤💛

Our current 7th graders put together a video sharing their best advice for next year’s 7th graders (our current 6th graders)!

If you know a student or family heading to Royal Middle School next year, please tag them, share this post, or send them the video. It’s a great way to hear directly from students who have been there!
