ATTENTION: Bike Bus participants! Wondering exactly where our starting point, Hudson Park is? Let me help you! Here are some photos of the intersection and photos of the park along with a map of our route. We can’t wait to see you bright and early in the morning. Volunteers will be at the park checking students in as they come, you do NOT need to signup in advance to participate! Arrive by 7:45! Reminder that helmets are mandatory!

Join us this Friday for our first Bike Bus! Royal Oak Police will be helping our riders cross at Campbell, but we still need more volunteers! Consider helping out at one of our residential intersections and you can cheer the kiddos on as they ride by!

Thank you to everyone for coming out last night! What a blast! 🎉

We have another awesome PTA event this week that we would love your help with: our first Bike Bus! 🚴‍♂️

What is a bike bus? A bike bus is a group of kids from the same school who ride bicycles together along a set route and schedule, much like a traditional public school bus.

We hope to make this a fun and SAFE event for our school and community. In order to do that, we need volunteers! 🎉 If you are a parent planning on riding with your child, which is encouraged, consider being an official volunteer. We also need help at specific intersections listed on this signup genius. We will have the support of Royal Oak Police at our busiest crossing at Campbell.

Let’s go Oakland!🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴

We even had a special treat of c***r and donuts to get us excited for fall. And the weather couldn’t have been more perfect!

Thank you to all of the amazing families who joined us and helped make tonight so special. Here’s to an amazing year ahead!
