The 31st Annual Platte River Day was a truly special day for the Royalton Fire and Rescue Department. 🚒❤️

We would like to extend a special thank you to the Royalton MN Lions Club for allowing us the opportunity to recognize several of our past members who have retired after many years of dedicated service to the Royalton Fire and Rescue Department.

During the recognition ceremony, we had three families present to receive their loved one’s axe and plaque, along with 11 past retirees in attendance. It was an honor to celebrate these incredible individuals and the countless hours, sacrifices, and dedication they have given to our department and community.

It was a wonderful, meaningful, and emotional day as we recognized some of the finest people who have proudly worn the uniform and served the Royalton community. We are forever grateful for their commitment, leadership, and legacy. 🚒

Congratulations to this young man, Sully! 🎉🚒

Sully was the winner of our “Guess How Many Candy Pieces Are in the Container” contest! His guess was only 3 pieces away from the actual number — what a great guess!

For his winning guess, Sully received a Bill’s Superette gift card, a huge assortment of M&M’s, Skittles, and whatever other goodies we could fit in the container, along with a ride on the big fire truck during Platte River Day! 🚒🍬

Congratulations, Sully, and thank you for supporting the Royalton Fire and Rescue Department. We appreciate everyone who participated and helped make this contest and our pancake breakfast such a success!

WOW… what a busy first part of the year it has been for the Royalton Fire and Rescue Department! 🚒🔥

Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 25, and celebrate with the Royalton Fire and Rescue Department!

Be sure to watch for us in the Platte River Day Parade, then join us at 7:30 p.m. as we honor the past members of the Royalton Fire and Rescue Department for their years of dedicated service to our community.

We look forward to celebrating with our community and recognizing the firefighters and rescue personnel whose commitment has helped shape our department over the years.

What an awesome event to be a part of! A huge shoutout to Hilmerson Sports for hosting such a fantastic day and helping educate our youth about off-road vehicle safety. We are grateful for the opportunity to work together to promote safe riding habits while creating a fun and engaging experience for our community. Great job to everyone involved!

🚒 Touch, climb, explore, and have FUN! 🚒

Join the Royalton Fire & Rescue Department at the 3rd Annual Touch A Truck Event at Little Falls Community High School from 10:00 a.m. to Noon!

Get up close to fire trucks and other awesome vehicles, meet local first responders, and enjoy all the exciting activities planned throughout the event. There's something for kids of all ages!
