We’re looking for volunteers to help make our RES Field Day on Monday, May 18th a fun and memorable day for our students!

Volunteers are welcome to join us for the full event from 8am-2pm, or for one of the following shifts:
• 8​-10am
• 10am​-12pm
• 12​-2pm

Lunch for volunteers will be provided by the PTA from 11:30am-12:30pm.

To help ensure a safe and successful event for all students, volunteers must be on the school’s approved volunteer list and we kindly ask that additional children/siblings not attend during volunteer shifts.If you are interested in helping run a station, please contact Megan Ice ([email protected]) and include your availability when reaching out.

We are also accepting donations of:
🫧 Bubbles
🎨 Sidewalk Chalk
💧 Filled Water Balloons

If you are able to donate, please drop items off at the front office or send them in with students by this Friday, May 15th.

We did it! 🥳

Thanks to your incredible support, our Eagles Walk-A-Thon raised $9,552...$1,000 more than our initial goal (WOW!)

We’re so proud of our students and incredibly grateful to every family, volunteer, and donor who made this possible. Your support sets us up for a strong 2026-27 school year, with the ability to continue beloved programs and add new experiences along the way.

The top fundraising classes in each grade level have earned a Popsicle Party! Congratulations to:

The RES PTA Eagles Walk-A-Thon is off to a great start! Thanks to our amazing community, we've already raised $6,256 towards our fundraising goal 💚

As of today (April 16th), the current leaders by grade level in the race to win a Popsicle Party are:

The Eagles Walk-A-Thon is a fun, school-wide event that promotes physical activity while raising funds that directly support our students. Since many PTA events focus on building community rather than fundraising, this is one of our most important opportunities to give back to RES.

Proceeds will support: After School Clubs (2026–2027), Veterans Day Breakfast, Fall Fest, Field Day, Popcorn Days, and so much more!
