Earlier this week Rumson Fire Department members took advantage of an acquired structure in town, allowing our three recent Firefighter 1 graduates a chance to take what they learned at the training academy and apply it to a real world residential structure in our local response area. Evolutions included hose line stretches to all levels, including simulated basement fires, attic fires and the hazardous knee wall fire, as well as roof operations from an aerial device and overhaul. đź“· credit Capt Berry

This past weekend members of Rumson Fire Department attended Sea Bright Fire Rescues annual “River Day” - Swift Water Rescue / Boat Operations refresher.
