Thank you for choosing Mountain Express Notary & Scan for your mobile fingerprinting needs. To continue delivering the reliable, compliant, and mobile-friendly Live Scan service you expect—especially amid rising fuel and processing costs—we are updating our **Live Scan rolling fee**.

🔹 **New Rolling Fee: $35 per Live Scan transaction** Please contact me for discounted group rates.

This adjustment, effective **December 1, 2025**, applies **only to Live Scan services** and reflects increased operational expenses across California. **Notary service rates remain unchanged.**
