Rupert R.K. Kittay Library Named in honor of Rosalind Keshin Kittay, the Rupert R.K. Kittay Library is nestled inside the historic Rupert Village Schoolhouse across from the town green.

It has served as an integral community center & gathering space since its reopening in 1999.

What a fantastic finale to Rupert’s Old Home Days weekend! 🤩 Our fabulous board member Morgan Horton and Rupert artist/fellow-librarian extraordinaire Ryan Spahr spent months working on a Rupert R.K. Kittay Library float — and took first place for “Creativity” by an organization in the parade!!

If you missed out on our July pie contest and the best pie in Rupert, never fear—there are more pies to come at our annual Pie & Mum fundraiser on September 12! 🥧📚🤓

Such a wonderful turnout with SO MANY incredible pies at the R.K. Kittay Public Library fundraiser yesterday!!!🥧 🤩 🥧  Thank you to everyone who showed up with pies or with appetites for a perfect afternoon of sunshine, community, conversation, library love, and plate after plate (after plate!) of pure homemade deliciousness.
