Boil water advisory for the area of Cherrywood dr from dalton br to the end of line. This includes valley view, garnet rd,and Georgia dr.
Until further notice

We will be shutting the water off on cherrywood drive at approximately 9:00am due to a leak
Hopefully it will only take 4-5 hours to repair.

The boil water advisory for the areas of US 23 from whites creek road to the power plant, Blaine creek, Rt 3 from bolts fork to fallsburg, bolts fork to Hitchins, Rt 1, little cat road and all side roads has been lifted!

Attention: A boil water advisory has been issued for the following areas; US 23 from Whites creek (757) to the power plant, durbin road, hwy 707, Rt 1, little cat rd,Rt 3 from bolts fork to fallsburg, Blaine creek road, bolts fork from Rt 3 to the end of line in hitchens, and glancy fork and all side roads until further notice.
This notice is due to the line relocation at US 23/ whitescreek

Many customers are aware that a 12-inch transmission line along Highway 23/Whites Creek has broken loose three times since February 18 due to hillside movement. The District’s Board of Commissioners has declared this situation an emergency.
Contractors are working today to relocate the water main which will be more secure for many years to come. Customers are asked to conserve water as a precaution in case any issues arise during construction. If the project proceeds as planned, water service should remain uninterrupted.
A boil water advisory will be issued for customers affected by this project; those areas will be listed in a separate post. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 606-928-2075.

Attention, this boil water advisory HAS BEEN LIFTED!!
A boil water advisory has been issued for the following areas:
US 23 from Whites creek (757) (whites creek is not included )to the power plant, durbin road, hwy 707, Rt 1, little cat rd,Rt 3 from bolts fork to fallsburg, bolts fork from Rt 3 to end of line in hitchens and all side roads, until further notice!
At this time we do not have any advisories in place.
