🚑 2025 🚨 2026 🚑 HAPPY NEW YEAR!

As 2025 has come to an end and 2026 is in full swing, we want to recognize the dedication and commitment of our crews.

1,260 total calls for our service in 2025, passing our highest totals once again. Each of these 1,260 calls represents a moment when our community/county needed help—and our crews answered. From medical emergencies, to critical life-saving responses, to standbys, to transfers - our EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics worked around the clock to serve with professionalism, compassion, and pride.

Thank you to our team for your tireless service, and thank you to our community/county for placing your trust in us every day. We are honored to answer the call and ready for what 2026 brings. ❤️🚑

Today, we join the nation in recognizing all those who answer the call—our police officers, firefighters, EMS professionals, and dispatchers.
As an EMS agency, we know firsthand the dedication, sacrifice, and heart it takes to do this job. We see it every day in the teamwork on scenes, the compassion shown to patients, and the strength it takes to keep going when the shift gets tough.
To our brothers and sisters in public safety—thank you.
Thank you for standing beside us through every call, every storm, every long night. Thank you for the courage to run toward what others run from. And thank you for the unwavering commitment to your communities, no matter the challenge. Today and every day, we are proud to serve alongside you.

From all of us at Russell County EMS, Happy National First Responders Day.
