We are dedicated to the protection of our small, rural community of Russell Arkansas and the surrounding area and are committed to meeting its emergency needs wherever and whenever called upon to do so. We receive some, though never enou

gh, funding from various State and Federal programs setup to provide support to community organizations like ours, however, the work that goes into this effort is provided solely on a volunteer basis... Thank you to ALL of our hard working, dedicated men and women for all you do!
