Lander Volunteer Fire Department The Lander VFD is a 100% Volunteer fire dept. We serve the residents of Farmington Township, PA

All of us here at the Lander VFD would like to thank all of those who have helped us in any way shape or form. Without you we would not be able to continue to serve Farmington Township and our surrounding areas. We operate a QRS, Engine, Tanker, and Brush truck in providing essential services to the residents of our township as well as our neighboring municipalities.

That’s a wrap on our 2026 Fair Food Booth. A huge thank you to the many volunteers it takes to run the booth. We couldn’t do it without you. Next up is our 14th Annual Sportsman’s Bash on September 26th. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The Warren County Fair is almost here, and our VFD is looking for some helping hands to keep our food booth running! 🌭🍔🍟

We’re looking for volunteers Monday through Saturday to help with:

👨‍🍳 Cooking
🏃‍♀️ Food Runners
🙌 General food booth assistance

Various shifts are available, so you don’t have to commit to the entire week! Even a few hours of your time would make a HUGE difference.

We’d especially love to connect with:
🚒 Neighboring fire departments & emergency service organizations
🏫 Local school clubs & booster organizations
⚾ Youth sports organizations
🤝 Civic/community groups
⛪ Churches & youth groups
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families, friends & other community members

This is a great opportunity for local organizations to come together, support one another, and help our VFD have a successful week at the fair! ❤️
