🚧 TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – HIGHWAY 81 IN RUSSELLVILLE 🚧

Please be aware that Highway 81 in Russellville will be temporarily closed from Highway 83 to Highway 91 beginning Monday, October 19, at 9:00 AM.

The road is expected to reopen on Tuesday, October 20, at 5:00 PM.

Please plan accordingly, allow extra travel time, and use an alternate route during this closure. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!

🚨 BURN BAN IN EFFECT – CITY OF RED BAY 🚨

The City of Red Bay is under a BURN BAN effective immediately and until further notice.

🔥 ABSOLUTELY NO BURNING IS PERMITTED WITHIN CITY LIMITS.

We ask all residents to comply with this ban to help protect our community and prevent fires.

Please be reminded that Franklin County Offices will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2026, in observance of Columbus Day.

🗑️ County garbage pickup will run on its regular schedule.

County offices will reopen on Tuesday, October 13.
