City of Russellville - Recreation and Parks With 23 parks covering 792 acres, there is plenty of room for fun and relaxation in Russellville

The Recreation and Parks department has eleven full-time employees who include four administrative and seven maintenance positions and fifteen part-time employees. These employees are responsible for maintaining the fourteen city parks that total 617.41 acres. Good things are happening at the City Park tennis courts!

Our team is busy power washing and sanding the courts, replacing fences, and trimming trees. A brand-new court surface and new nets are coming soon!

Stay tuned for updates on when the tennis courts will reopen. We can’t wait to see everyone back on the courts!
