🍗🍚 Registration is Open! 🍚🍗

🌾 September is National Rice Month, and Arkansas is the nation's leading rice-producing state! Come celebrate by learning to make a delicious Homemade Chicken & Rice (Rice-A-Roni Style) dish from scratch!

👩‍🍳✨ As a special bonus, we'll also learn how to make a traditional Filipino rice dessert from RVF4K Youth Ambassador Makayla Harrell and her mom, Rechel, as they share a favorite recipe and a taste of Filipino culture.

Youth ages 8-18 are invited to join us for this fun, hands-on cooking class.

🎒 The Backpack Program is back! ❤️

A huge thank you to our community partners at Alpha Tau Omega-Kappa Nu for helping us with our first sorting of the school year!

And thank you to our dedicated volunteers who help pack, sort, and deliver the food to schools. Their commitment helps make sure the food gets where it needs to go, right into the hands of local kids. 🎒

If your family could use some extra food support for your kids over the weekend and your child attends a Pope County school, you can request a permission slip and learn more about the program through your child’s school counselor.

Together, we’re fighting childhood hunger, one meal at a time. 🎒❤️

What happens when you bring together some of our community’s biggest leaders, generous donors, and a whole lot of whipped cream? More than $6,000 was raised to help local kids and families! ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to every leader who stepped up, every donor who gave, every volunteer who helped make it happen, and everyone who cheered them on. Your generosity is what makes our work possible.

Every dollar raised helps us provide nutritious food to children and families in our community when they need it most.

We've got a latecomer to the Pie Against Hunger lineup! We're excited to welcome Whitt Piker, Coordinator of Gameday Operations and Fan Engagement, as one of our newest VIP Volunteers!

Whitt spends his days helping create memorable experiences and bringing people together through his work in gameday operations and fan engagement. Now he's bringing that same energy to the community to help fight hunger and make sure local kids have access to the food they need.

We're excited to announce that Dr. Russell Jones, President of Arkansas Tech University, is joining us as one of our VIP Volunteers for Pie Against Hunger!

Dr. Jones has been part of the Arkansas Tech University community for several years, serving as Dean of Business and Economic Development before becoming Acting President in 2023 and being named the university's 13th president in 2024. As a leader at one of our community's most important institutions, Dr. Jones is helping shape the future of students and our region, and today, he's putting that leadership to work for a very different cause: fighting hunger among kids in our community!

We're excited to announce that Judge-Elect Bob Veach is joining us as one of our VIP Volunteers for Pie Against Hunger!

Bob has practiced law in Russellville since 2009, primarily focusing on domestic relations. In March 2026, he was elected Circuit Judge for the Fifth Judicial District and will take the bench on January 1, 2027, as the presiding judge in Division II. We appreciate his willingness to step up for a cause that helps provide meals for kids in our community!
