Friends of CASA for Pope, Johnson and Franklin Counties in Arkansas If you have a passion for children and are looking for an opportunity to help children in your community, Friends of CASA may be for you.

The purpose of this organization is to provide community awareness and much needed fundraising events to support CASA of the 5th Judicial Districts mission to advocate for abused and neglected children in foster care. Our main goal is to have a CASA for every child in foster care. The membership shall meet monthly for a general membership meeting. Special events meetings may be called by the perso

n overseeing Friends of CASA when necessary and with the approval of the Friends of CASA Liaison of the CASA Board and Executive Director.
