Western Marching Panthers fans, it’s time to send our band and guard off in true Panther fashion! 🎶🥁

A send-off is for ANYONE in our community who wants to come out and show their support! 🙌

Let’s line the streets and give these incredible students the send-off they deserve as they head out of town for competition! 🏆🎺🥁

🚨 DRIVERS NEEDED! 🚨
🏴‍☠️ Western Marching Panthers

We’re looking for 1–2 people to help pull trailers to our competition days! 🎶🏴‍☠️

We’re looking for anyone who is willing to help, but preferably someone with a 2500 or larger truck, as one of our trailers is a BIG one! 💪

👉 Only have a 1500? No problem! Please still reach out to Kurt. We may be able to match you with the trailer that works for your truck.

📅 Kurt would like to get drivers lined up for ALL of our competition days, so if you’re interested, please let him know which competition days you’re available for. You DO NOT have to commit to every competition!

🎟️ Driver Perk: Drivers will receive a wristband for entry into the competition!

And in past years, our drivers have gotten to do more than just drive! Many have helped push props or front ensemble equipment and get that awesome “on-field” experience with the band. 🥁🎭🔥

If you’re interested in helping our Panthers hit the road, please get ahold of Kurt (260) 316-5173 and let him know what competition dates you’re available!

You MUST have a level one background check on file. You can find the information on the schools website. The fee is $15.90 and it lasts for 3 years.

🎶 BAND PARENTS — WE NEED YOU! 🎶

Our kids are putting in the time, effort, and dedication to make this band season something special. Now it’s our turn to show up for THEM! ❤️

You don’t have to be an expert. You don’t have to know anything about marching band. And you don’t have to commit to every event. Every little bit of involvement makes a difference!

Our Band Booster Meetings are a great way to:
🎵 Learn what’s happening with the band program
🙌 Find ways to volunteer and help
💙 Support our students and directors
📣 Help with fundraising and upcoming events
🤝 Meet and connect with other band families
⭐ Be part of the team behind the team!

Our students notice when we show up. They notice when we cheer them on, lend a hand, and support the program they work so hard for.

Come to a meeting. See what we’re about. Find a way to get involved that works for YOU.
