NOVEMBER 3, 2020 ELECTION

* The deadline to register to vote in person or by mail is Oct. 5.
* The deadline to register to vote through the GeauxVote Online Registration System is Oct. 13.
* Early voting is Oct. 16-27 (excluding Sunday, Oct. 18 and Sunday, Oct. 25) from 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
* The deadline to request an absentee by mail ballot is Oct. 30 by 4:30 p.m. You can request an absentee by mail ballot online through voterportal.sos.la.gov or in writing through your Registrar of Voters Office (other than military and overseas voters).
* The deadline for a registrar of voters to receive a voted mail ballot is Nov. 2 by 4:30 p.m. (other than military and overseas voters).

This secure web application can be used to find voter registration and elections information. A search by address option is also available if desired. Searching by address provides information about all voters at an address.

EARLY VOTING FOR THE AUGUST 15, 2020 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION continues through Saturday, August 8th (excluding Sunday, August 2, 2020)

Voting Hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 p.m.

The August 15, 2020 Municipal General Election will include the Lincoln Parish School District One-half of One Percent (1/2%) Sales Tax Proposition (parish-wide). Voters in Lincoln Parish Fire Protection District 1 will also vote on the Fire Protection District No. 1 Proposition (Service Charge Renewal). Please bring a current driver’s license or photo I.D. that has your signature.

To the extent possible, due to COVID-19, voting areas will be cleaned and disinfected. All early voting election officials will wear protective gear. Election officials will also work to implement and adhere to social distancing requirements.
