The Lincoln Parish Police Jury is making improvements on parish roads that need attention. As we’ve said before, parish roads are named — not numbered. This type of work throughout our parish is what was voted upon a few weeks ago. Thank you to everyone for your support and input. We look forward to continuing this work and delivering better roads throughout Lincoln Parish.

On May 16, vote to renew — not raise — two existing road millages that cover 95% of the budget to maintain 450+ miles of roads. Over the past decade we’ve rebuilt 220 miles and repaired numerous bridges. Renewing these millages keeps Lincoln Parish moving.

On May 16 please vote to renew two existing road millages — not a new tax — that fund 95% of the budget to maintain 450+ miles of roads. In the last decade we’ve improved 220 miles of roads and many bridges. Renewing these millages keeps Lincoln Parish moving forward.

This past Saturday, the Lincoln Parish Police Jury and LA Tech teamed up for “Love the Boot” and hit the roads across Lincoln Parish to pick up litter and beautify our community! Together we collected 187 bags — totaling 1,200 pounds — of trash from our roads.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers, students, and staff who gave their time and energy — your efforts made a visible difference and helped keep our parish clean and welcoming. Want to see more events like this or get involved? Drop a comment or message us.
