Tiffany Elder is an Incremental Development Alliance Faculty member, Durham-based licensed general contractor, Realtor, and real estate investor/developer, and Owner of Paradigm Construction and Paradigm Properties. A former software engineer with an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler, she now renovates historic structures and builds new spaces across the Raleigh-Durham area.
