Come join us this Tuesday April 28th for our adult movie night, featuring “Hamnet” . Movie starts promptly at 6pm

Hamnet is a historical drama directed by Chloé Zhao, starring Jessie Buckley and Paul Mescal, based on Maggie O’Farrell’s novel about the family life of William Shakespeare, focusing on the grief from their son Hamnet’s death and how it inspired Hamlet. Have you started your spring cleaning/reorganizing and found a shelf of gently used books that you’ve already read at least twice? Did your kiddos outgrow their book collection? Have you started a new hobby that required loads of guide books and you no longer need since you have perfected said new hobby?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then you have books to donate to the Friends of the Library of Rutherford biannual book sale! Come on down during regular library hours between today Monday March 23rd and Monday April 6th to drop off books for donation. 📚

Attention all families, it’s official, we are bringing Zootopia 2 to the on Saturday morning March 21st!

This family friendly movie is a sequel to the 2016 film, released in November 2025, continuing the story of Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde as they investigate a new mystery involving a reptile named Gary De’Snake, testing their partnership as they go undercover in new parts of the city.

Movie starts at 10:30 in the auditorium and a bag of Herr chips will be handed out complementary to each guest. We encourage kiddos to dress comfy and bring a favorite stuffy.
