Courthouse: Will open at 10:00 AM.
Superior Court: Cancelled - JURORS NOT NEEDED
District Crimiinal Court: Will begin at 10:00 AM.

If anyone has Criminal Superior Court or Jury Duty tomorrow Wednesday January 29, 2014 it has been cancelled.. Please contact your attorney for a new court date. Jurors your name will go back into the system..

I am annoucing that I will be filing in February to run again for my Clerk of Superior Court position. It has been such an honor that the citizens of Rutherford County have allowed me to serve as your Clerk of Court for the last 5 years. I hope that you will support me once again in this election so that I can continue to serve each of you. Thank you again for allowing me to be your Clerk of Court!!
