United Way of Rutland County Uniting Rutland County residents and resources to facilitate lasting change based on community needs.

We collaborate with community organizations and businesses, and we join forces with dedicated leaders and volunteers to impact positive change. Together, we meet community needs that affect Rutland County residents, assuring a community-wide services infrastructure. We also mobilize the community to provide the financial and non-monetary resources needed to build a better community. Through a sing

le, county-wide fundraising campaign, United Way of Rutland County raises resources that are then invested into programs that address the community’s most pressing needs. We measure the impact of these programs by how well they solve problems and improve the lives of our residents. The outcome of all of this effort is a healthier and stronger Rutland County community.

The 2025 United Way of Rutland County's Community Impact Grant Cycle is here!

We invite your Organization to submit a Letter of Intent for the 2025 Community Impact Grant Cycle (only organizations that are 501(c)3 non-profits are eligible to submit an LOI/application). 

**The deadline to submit your Letter of Intent is 5 PM EST Monday, May 19, 2025.**

For all 2025 Community Impact Grant materials, including the 2025 timeline, please visit our website, Community Impact Grants - United Way of Rutland County.

Letters of Intent will be reviewed by our Community Impact Grant Review Committee. Based on this review, agencies will be invited to submit Proposal Applications.

United Way of Rutland County was pleased to participate as a non-profit partner this past weekend at the 127th Vermont Knights of Columbus State Convention at the Killington Grand Hotel, and the chance to express our gratitude for their generous donation of coats as part of our Welcome to Winter program.

Local Knights of Columbus Council 232's donation allowed us to keep hundreds of Rutland County students warm this winter.

A sincere thank you to K of C Council 232 members Sean Reilly and Elijah LaChance (UWRC Board Member) and to the Vermont Knights for your collaboration in supporting our communities.

The United Way of Rutland County's 2025 Annual Spring Online Auction is now live! We invite you to participate with over 70 exciting items available for bidding!
