Rutland City Voters - make sure you vote YES on Budget Article 3. It will be on the top of the 2nd page of the ballot. This allows the city to borrow 500,000 for repairs to the library building - your cost will be about $9 - a small price to pay for all the library has to offer! (fine print - this is on a 150,000 home - price will vary with value of home - the loan will be paid off in 10 years).
