Seeking Public Assistance – Identify This Individual

At approximately 2:14 PM today, the male subject shown in the image entered Hair Gallery at 454 Main Street through the front entrance, walked briefly through the business, and exited the same way. He was last seen heading westbound on the sidewalk.
