Blind Brook PTA We are an active and enthusiastic partner in the Blind Brook educational system, serving grades K thru 12. Welcome to the Blind Brook PTA!

The Blind Brook PTA offers family-oriented activities, assembly programs, after school activities, in-school volunteers and both student and parent education and support programs. We provide support to parents, teachers and administrators to help improve your children's education. Please refer to the District Calendar for the complete schedule of Blind Brook events. This page has been created for and sanctioned by the Blind Brook PTA Executive Board in January 2015.

Grade 4 & 5 Olympic Night took place last week on Monday, May 18, and the level of excitement and anticipation was undeniable as students eagerly arrived early for check-in, ready for an evening full of energy, teamwork, and school spirit!

Students proudly represented the Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow teams as they competed in a variety of fun challenges and activities throughout the evening.

It was wonderful to see so many students participate enthusiastically, encourage one another, and work so well together.

Join us May 27–29 for one of our favorite spring traditions! Families are invited to shop during their child’s designated class time, and the sale is open to all Blind Brook families including RSS, BBMS & BBHS.
Can’t attend in person? No problem!

Great news!! The PTA will be providing an ice cream truck, during the budget vote at the Ridge Street School, on Tuesday May 19th from 5p-7p. The best part... from 5p-6p the ice cream is free!! We hope to see you there.

CodeLab Programs for Kids and Adults

Please see below message from BBHS Student Austin Frankel ​​​​​​​

Hi everyone,

I’m excited to share CodeLab, a hands-on coding and AI program based in Rye Brook.

For students in grades 3 to 6, CodeLab offers fun coding and AI projects that help kids learn problem-solving, creativity, prompts, and beginner-friendly tech skills.

Regular CodeLab Program
- School-year sessions for students who want to build coding skills.

CodeLab Summer Program
- Summer weekday and weekend sessions for students interested in coding and AI.

Adult AI Program
- Zoom sessions for adults who want to learn how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools for work, organization, research, and everyday tasks.

Student sessions are two hours long and cost $35 per hour. Adult AI sessions cost $40 per hour.

Join Sarah Gallagher Trombley — former Snapchat executive, digital parenting expert, and Westchester mom — for a timely discussion every parent should hear.
