The Sacramento Valley Boxer Club (SVBC) was started before 1985 with a small group of boxer lovers meeting monthly in each others living rooms. It took several years to hold our first sanctioned matches and with a great deal of work and pride, we finally held our first AKC point specialty show in conjunction with the 1995 American Boxer Club Regional in Pleasanton, California. rence to the definition of the true Boxer breed as established in the Standard adopted by the American Boxer Club and approved by the American Kennel Club.

Have you ever wondered how dog show progression actually works? Many of you have eagerly watched TV coverage of the Westminster Dog Show, or the National Dog Show, but have you ever wondered how those dogs got to that carpeted, spotlit ring?

Jack Bradshaw Dog Show Superintendents listened! They created this simple flow chart to help guide you along the way from the first class of the day when 6 to 9 month old puppies enter the ring to the prestigious Best In Show.
