ACEC California is dedicated to enhancing the consulting engineering and land surveying professions, protecting the general public and promoting the use of the private sector in the growth and development of our state. Our members provide services for all phases of planning, designing and constructing projects.

ACEC California recently hosted our 2026 Summer Education Series, featuring an in-depth look at the West Lake Tahoe Regional Water Treatment Plant by Kennedy Jenks & Tahoe City Public Utility District and an engaging session on PAGA: Risks, Trends, & Best Practices by Coastal Payroll. Attendees gained valuable insights into critical infrastructure and the evolving landscape of employment law impacting California businesses.

Participants also heard from Shane Dyer, ACEC Nevada Past President, who provided an update on our neighbor's current initiatives and industry priorities.
