FACT: Did you know that losing your job does not always mean losing your Paid Family Leave (PFL) benefits?

If you lose your job while receiving Paid Family Leave benefits, you may still qualify for continued payments as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.

✅ Respond to all required forms by the deadline.

✅ Follow California Employment Development Department (EDD) instructions to avoid delays or interruptions.
