The Authority is proud to announce the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the High Desert Corridor Joint Powers Agency. High Desert Corridor Intercity High Speed Rail Project (HDC JPA) that deepens coordination on environmental clearances, station integration, and design, particularly at the Palmdale Station.
