If you have 3-5 year olds, we’ve got you covered this Fall/Winter with Tots and Recreation 😊! Tots and Recreation is big fun 🥳 for the little ones & offers a safe, fun space for your children to build social 🗣️, physical 🤸🏽‍♀️ & creative 💭 skills through games 👾, crafts 🎨, story time 📚 & active play 🥸! Tots and Recreation is $28 a day & will be offered at the following community centers: Clunie, Coloma, George Sim, Hagginwood, Oak Park & Pannell!

🚨❗CAMP SACRAMENTO Registration Opens TOMORROW at 11am! 🚨❗

Are you looking for your family’s next unforgettable summer getaway? Escape the valley heat and spend some quality time on The Mountain with Camp Sacramento! With over 100 years serving the people of Sacramento (and the surrounding areas), we would love if your family became part of our history! Visit CampSac.org to register!

📍 Where: Register Online through your UltraCamp Account
📅 When: August 22nd, 2026 @ 11am

🏕️ We will have over 100 cabins available throughout the various summer sessions!
⏰ Camp offers both MINI SESSIONS (4-day/3-night) and WEEKLONG SESSIONS (6-day/5-night)
🏠 3-person, 4-person, and 6-person cabins will be available. Fees are generated based on selected cabin size.
🎟️ All cabins will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
💰 All reservations will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, due at the time of registration (Mini= $100/cabin, Weeklong= $160/cabin). This is deducted from your total balance due.
📝 You must have an active UltraCamp account to make a reservation at Camp Sacramento.

This summer, our Access Leisure team provided three weeks of Summer Oasis camp at Southside Clubhouse. Youth, Teens, and Adults with disabilities enjoyed camp activities, arts & crafts, swimming, and more. Shout out to our community-based partners, Music to Grow On, for joining us each week to provide adaptive & inclusive music opportunities. Campers even got to write and perform their own songs. 🎉 What an incredible day at the 4th "R" Junior Olympic Finals at William Land Park! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Congratulations to all our amazing athletes and every participant who competed in the running and field events. Your hard work, determination, and sportsmanship made the day a tremendous success!

This cherished City of Sacramento tradition was on pause for a few years, and we were proud to bring it back as part of our 40th Anniversary celebration. Seeing so many young athletes come together to compete, encourage one another, and give their very best made this event truly special.

A huge congratulations to all the winners, and an even bigger round of applause to every child who stepped onto the field and gave it their all. Your effort, perseverance, and positive attitude are what these games are all about.

Finally, a heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible Expanded Learning staff for their hard work, dedication, and teamwork in making today's event such a memorable success. We couldn't have done it without you!

Here's to another successful year of celebrating youth, fitness, and community. We can't wait to see everyone again next year! 🥇🎽🎉
