When corporations and billionaires have more influence over our government than the people, democracy becomes corporate rule.

We know the system is broken—but it was built through Supreme Court decisions that granted corporations constitutional rights and treated money as protected speech. It can be changed.

The would end corporate constitutional rights, reject money as speech and give governing power to human beings.

The government must represent the will and voice of the people—not the corporations buying access to it.

A corporation is not a person. Money is not speech. The people must rule. ✊🏽

🚨 A Super PAC can appear overnight, flood an election with ads, and disappear before voters ever learn who paid for them.

These “pop-up” Super PACs exploit reporting deadlines to conceal their donors until after Election Day—when the damage is already done.

This is not transparency. It is legalized political manipulation made possible by a system that treats money as constitutionally protected speech.

We need more than another disclosure rule. We need the We the People Amendment to establish that constitutional rights belong to human beings—not corporations—and money is not speech.

Move to Amend argues that overturning Citizens United or authorizing “reasonable” regulation is insufficient. If an amendment does not require disclosure and does not reject money as constitutionally protected speech, loopholes can survive—and lawmakers can simply choose not to close them

Local community outreach is how we pass an amendment. We need volunteers in every state organizing to make the ask to their representatives. Visit your state page. Some have active groups and the contact information, other are in need for leadership. It's crucially important work, but it's also fun to connect with likeminded people in your community.
