Come grow with us!! Truvo Enterprises LLC is looking for the next member(s) of our team! Applicants wanted for general laborers in our Gila Valley truss manufacturing facility.

Job duties include sorting, stacking, staging lumber, and truss assembly utilizing hand tools, and hydraulic and roll press machines.
Seeking dependable individuals with a desire to work in a positive environment. Construction experience a plus, but will look for the right people to train.

Our very own Aaron Michael Thrasher is also a volunteer fire firefighter! How cool is he! We appreciate everything he does for Truvo and for his community.

This weekend our department has the opportunity to send 13 of our members, to the Arizona State Fire School to receive specialized training. All of this training came at virtually no cost to our comminity, and was almost entirely funded by scholarships.

Truvo Enterprises is a local truss manufacturing company focused on delivering quality trusses and framing materials to Graham County and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for an in house designer/coordinator.
Responsibilities:
-Communicate with customers to understand job needs and specifications
-Design trusses and truss layouts with Alpine design software
-Generate and communicate job bids and quotes
-Communicate with customers about changes in design, timelines, expected delivery dates, payments, etc.
-Work with manager to maintain inventories
-Other administrative tasks as necessary

Qualifications
-experience drafting/designing
- Great organization and communication skills
-interest in being a part of a new and growing company
-Honest, enthusiastic, and reliable

Work schedule is flexible. Can be hybrid work from the office and home.
