Now that the Official Statewide 2026 Primary Election Canvass is complete, we start our preparations for the November 3, 2026 General Election.

Important dates to remember:

Last Day to Register to Vote in the 2026 General Election - October 5, 2026

Early Voting Begins & Early Ballots Mailed - October 7, 2026

Last Day to Request an Early Ballot by Mail - October 23, 2026

The 2026 Primary Election is today, Tuesday, July 21!

Vote Centers and Polling Places will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If you're voting in person, be sure to visit one of the designated voting locations in Graham County.

Please see the list below for all Vote Centers and Polling Places.

Every eligible vote counts—make your plan to vote! 🗳️

If you still have your Early Ballot, you can still drop it off until 7:00 pm Election Day, but please don’t mail it!

Early voting at the Recorder's Office continues:

• Thursday, July 16: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Friday, July 17 (Last Day for Early In-Person Voting): 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Emergency Voting is on Monday, July 20th, 7am-6pm for voters that experience an emergency after Early Voting ended on Friday, that prevents them from voting on Election Day, Tuesday July 21st.
*Voters must sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury that they have an emergency that prevents them from voting on Election Day (voters do not need to disclose what the emergency is.

Reminder: Your early ballot by mail must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Election Night, Tuesday, July 21.

You may return your ballot at one of our ballot drop boxes located in Bylas, Peridot, Fort Thomas, or Bonita through Monday @ 8:00am, July 20.

The deadline to request a ballot by mail has ended but you can still cast a ballot early.

Early Voting Continues This Week

Early voting at the Recorder's Office continues this coming week:
• Monday, July 13 – Thursday, July 16: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday, July 17 (Last Day for Early In-Person Voting): 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Reminder: Your early ballot by mail must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Election Night, Tuesday, July 21.

You may return your ballot at one of our ballot drop boxes located in Bylas, Peridot, Fort Thomas, or Bonita through Sunday, July 19.

You may also return your ballot to the drop box located in the parking lot at the General Services Building or directly to the Recorder's Office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Night, July 21st.

This Friday, July 10th at 5:00 pm, is the last chance to request an early ballot to be mailed.

Early voting in person will continue in the Recorder’s Office. The last day to vote early in person is Friday, July 17th, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Reminder: your early ballot by mail must be received by 7:00 pm Election Night, July 21st, in order to be counted.

If you are returning your ballot by mail, please allow 7 days to be received by July 21st. Postmarks do not apply.

If you are on the Active Early Voting List or have requested a ballot by mail, your early ballot has been delivered or will be arriving soon.

If you wish to receive a ballot by mail, you can request one from our webpage or by calling our office by 5pm on July 10th, which is the last day to request it by mail.

There are many ways to return your early ballot, sending it back in the mail, in one of our official ballot drop box locations found here: https://www.graham.az.gov/314/How-To-Return-Your-Early-Ballot or you can bring it into the Recorder’s Office.

Reminder: early ballots must be returned by 7pm on Election Day, July 21st. Postmarks do not count so allow 7 days if sending it back by mail.

If you don’t want to receive an early ballot by mail but want to vote early, you can come into the Recorder’s Office and vote early in person, Monday through Thursday 7am-6pm excluding this Thursday, July 2nd as our office will be closed in observance of Independence Day. Also, on Friday, July 17th 8am-7pm, which is the last day to vote early in person.

Early ballots are in the mail today, June 24, 2026.
If you’re not getting a ballot by mail, you can come in to the Recorder’s Office and vote early in person starting today.

Early Voting in the Recorder’s Office is available Monday - Thursday, 7am - 6pm, excluding Thursday, July 2nd as our office will be closed in observance of Independence Day.

The last day to vote early in person is Friday, July 17th from 8am - 7pm.
