Lemke Mansion

Lemke Mansion The Lemke Mansion is an Arts and Crafts style single family home located on Hoyt avenue in Saginaw's Cathedral District.

The home was originally built for Alexander and Sophia Lemke in 1910 and was their place of residence until both of their deaths, Sophia in 1913, and Alex in 1921. After their deaths, the home has changed hands really only about a handful of times. Currently the home is undergoing renovations by Ryan Seifferlein including adding new plumbing, new electric, replacing broken windows, and general updating of paint, flooring, and lighting.
