The Herzog House

The Herzog House Mansion built by and for John Herzog and his family in 1920. John Herzog owned The Herzog Art Furniture Company in Saginaw which was a huge employer in its day.

The company was famous for their Sonora phonographs. There is even a painting of the Baby Grand Sonora Phonograph painted into the mural in the parlor of The Herzog House.

Good changes are happening to the Ensminger Building in Old Town Saginaw!

Noticable improvements have been slowly happening and can be seen when you look at pictures taken between September 1, 2022 through Today! This is proof that progress, no matter how slow it may be, is good and beneficial for the whole neighborhood!
