It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to one of our own.
Mr. Cooley worked at TRI-CAP since 2018 and his amazing spirit and generosity not only made him a great friend to staff, but an unreplaceable role model to our residents. He will be sorely missed!

Thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered and financially supported Tricap at their second annual golf outing! It was a beautiful day to help with the reunification of families by raising money to build a play scape for residents and their loved ones. Special thank you to The Sawmill Golf Club for hosting this special day! All of your help and support is greatly appreciated!

We have a new commissary system! You can now put money into resident accounts for commissary using JailATM.com. You can also send them items using this system.
To put money on their phones you still need to use. Cidnet.net.
