I am running a training camp this weekend for experienced middle school and high school age wrestlers. The focus will be beating leg rides, spiral rides, crab rides and improving overall in the bottom position. Please email me with questions. I am only accepting 30 wrestlers - paying the camp fee will secure your spot.

calling all clubs we are looking for teams for the Upper Valley Aces Duals 2020. 14U wrestlers (born 2007-08 or later- no high schoolers) are eligible to wrestle this year. We are encouraging regions in Idaho to work together to build teams, the level of competition will be appropriate for regional teams. With that said we will not turn away a motivated club!
