Voting yes on this land referendum is such a positive impact for St. John’s County. Finally, we can compete with developers at a very minimal cost to us.

While it may cost you a couple hundred dollars a year on your property taxes it’s worth having agriculture and environmental enclaves around us versus more strip malls and more planned communities. It will be so nice for everyone including the animals! Less the traffic, congestion, and noise…

St. John’s and Flagler counties heads up! Please vote for Suzanna Pavelle for district 19 state representative!

Sam Greco her incumbent opponent moved here just months before the last election with $10 million from the Republican GOP funds. He knows nothing about the area he’s not from here. He’s voted yes to losing our home role and all of this new development that’s making it so overcrowded and data centers. He’s everything we don’t want representing us.

Suzanna on the other hand is a great environmentalist and overall human!

And bonus she’s a democrat❣️🙌
