UF IFAS Extension St. Johns County Agriculture Providing agricultural information and education to farmers and residents of St. Johns County St.

Johns County Florida leads the State of Florida in the production acreage of potatoes and cabbage. More than 33, 000 acres are devoted to potatoes, cabbage, broccoli, Asian vegetables, sod, livestock, nursery stock, timber and various vegetable crops. Over half of the farmland in the county is devoted to commercial vegetable production, an increase in over 3,400 acres since 2007.
