This incredible tarpon launched itself right onto the dock, giving everyone a front-row seat to one of nature’s most unforgettable moments. These powerful fish are famous for their spectacular jumps, but seeing one land on the dock is a rare surprise!

⚓️NOTICE TO BOATERS
In order to ensure a safe and quality 4th of July show, the firing area is designated as a NO BOAT ZONE and the Bridge of Lions will restrict its schedule of openings from 8pm to 11pm, the last opening prior to the show will be approximately 7:30pm.

Marine law enforcement will start patrolling the area at 6pm to clear the zone.

⚓ Repairs at the St. Augustine Municipal Marina begin Monday, December 8. Transient slip availability will be limited through March 2026 as crews repair storm damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Funding support is provided by the Florida Inland Navigational District (FIND) and the St. Augustine Port, Waterway & Beach District.
