AGENDA UPDATE: The Shops at Pheasant Run project will not be considered or discussed during the Sept. 8 Committee of the Whole meeting. The developer is continuing work on revisions to the proposal to address feedback from residents and elected officials.

On Aug. 17, the Committee of the Whole did not recommend approval of the proposed 33.7-acre development on the former Pheasant Run Resort property.

The proposed development, located at the southeast corner of E. Main Street and Kautz Road, is expected to return to the Committee of the Whole at a later date. The city will announce the meeting date and post the revised proposal on the city website in advance of the meeting.
