THE Rescue company started our Mother’s Day off with an accident with rollover, entrapment and possible ejection on Darkwater Rd. Upon arrival there was confirmed entrapment no ejection. The Rescue company stabilized the vehicle with cribbing and the “junk yard dogs” patient was removed without cutting and handed over to medical. Later in the day THE Rescue company was again paged out for an accident with entrapment, on Rt. 209 in E. Norwegian Township. Members responded with Ladder/Rescue 62-23 and Light Rescue 62-53. Upon arrival confirmed entrapment and Capt. Linkchorst advised to crib the car and instructed FF Herndon to remove the vehicles door. FF Herndon made quick work of the door removal and patient was handed over to medical. Fantastic job by everyone involved. Stay tuned, they come in 3’s. See ya on the big one!
